Maths Teacher required for popular, well run Outstanding school in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire - Post paid to scale with uplifted rates paying MPS 1 -6 or UPS 1-3 for those past threshold. Open to ECT's or Maths Graduates looking for a first role in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons to students in KS 3 & 4
• Continue the schools pursuit of excellence and high academic ability
• Monitor and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement

• Maintain effective communication with parents, sharing updates on students' progress and achievements
• Full time role Monday - Friday 8:30 - 3.30pm offered on a permanent basis from September

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience in Mathematics
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics education
• Experience teaching maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is desirable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with students and colleagues
