We are seeking passionate and skilled Maths Teachers to join high-performing Mathematics departments around Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to help students develop critical thinking and numeracy skills that will benefit them for life. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a Maths Teacher:

• Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable).

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities.

• Use assessment to monitor progress and adapt teaching accordingly.

• Promote mathematical fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving.

• Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum development, and extra-curricular maths activities or interventions.

Ideal Maths Teacher:

• A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with a specialism in Mathematics.

• A positive and reflective practitioner with high expectations.

• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching Maths.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Maths Teacher.

• A collaborative team member who contributes to whole-school improvement.
