• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Use formative and summative assessment to track progress and inform teaching
• Monitor and record pupil achievement, ensuring steady progress for every student
• Provide constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys
• Maintain open communication with parents and carers on student progress
• Engage in wider school activities, contributing to a vibrant school community
