MATHS TEACHERS - ARE YOU READY FOR A NEW EXCITING POSITION?

A mainstream secondary school in the beautiful town of Leamington Spa is seeking a qualified Maths teacher for a full-time position. The school prides itself on its "team spirit" and "togetherness" and is keen on supporting new teachers to integrate seamlessly into their team.

Hours: Full Time (Term-time only, Mon-Fri; 8:30-15:15)

Rate of Pay: To Scale

Location: CV32

Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)

Ideal Applicant Qualities:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (ECTs encouraged to apply)
• Degree in Mathematics
• Experience teaching maths within a UK secondary school
• Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
• Strong behaviour management skills and classroom presence

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons to a range of abilities and year groups
• Differentiate lessons to suit individual needs in each class
• Assess pupil progress regularly, providing insightful feedback to support learning
• Support children with special educational needs within lessons
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure pupils' progress
• Maintain a commitment to safeguarding and promoting student health, safety, and wellbeing
