Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: April 2025

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join an outstanding school in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, inspiring students to achieve their best. Applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly welcomed!

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Maths lessons to a broad range of students.
Monitor and support students’ progress and development.
Contribute to raising standards of attainment and motivation across the department.
Develop and enhance curriculum resources to ensure inclusivity and engagement.
Foster a positive, challenging, and safe learning environment.
Participate in departmental planning, meetings, and school activities to support the broader objectives of the school.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven ability to deliver engaging lessons across the secondary age range (11–18 years).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Commitment to safeguarding, equal opportunities, and the personal development of students.
ECTs must be on track to achieve QTS before April 2025.
