Job Title: Maths Teacher

Location: Lincoln

Salary: GBP31,650 - GBP49,084 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the Role

Passionate about numbers and shaping young minds? Join us as a Maths Teacher in Sleaford! GSL Education is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Maths Teacher to join a vibrant, dynamic school in Lincoln.

Responsibilities

1. Teach Maths to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring engaging and challenging lessons.
2. Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and assessment frameworks.
3. Support students' individual learning needs, adapting lessons to maximize progress.
4. Assess and track students' progress, providing feedback and setting improvement goals.
5. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment with clear expectations.
6. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings to develop the department and school.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Maths to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for high-quality education.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a secondary school setting is desirable.
• Updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered with the update service (or willingness to apply).
