The Role - Maths Teacher

As a Maths Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons that strengthen students' fluency, mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum
• Adapting teaching to support different abilities, including students with SEND
• Using clear modelling and worked examples to develop understanding
• Identifying misconceptions and addressing gaps in knowledge
• Assessing understanding and preparing students for examinations
• Maintaining clear expectations and a positive classroom environment
• Working with departmental colleagues to share resources and effective practice
