If you are an experienced English teacher who has worked with SEND (SEMH) across either primary or secondary phases, this role may be for you. The role is a permanent, full-time post based at a small, alternative provision school with places for up to 36 students. Typically, the site caters for pupils aged 7-17 with SEND requirements such as SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. A tour of the site and an informal meeting with the Regional Executive Director can be arranged.

Their pupils have experienced trauma and adverse childhood experiences, and they work to develop self-belief to become effective learners.
