Salary: M1 – UPS3 (£31,650 - £49,084, pro-rata for part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high expectations to ensure learners achieve their full educational potential.
  • Set challenging and relevant teaching and learning objectives for all students.
  • Employ a variety of assessment techniques, including questioning, oral assessment, self-assessment, and formative assessment, to monitor progress.
  • Use effective assessment and recording strategies to identify students’ learning needs and plan future lessons accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.
  • Degree in Mathematics or related subject specialism.
  • Proven ability to deliver ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ lessons.
  • Demonstrable success in improving student outcomes.
