Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher for a position in Chelmsford. You will plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across key stages, helping students build confidence and strong numeracy skills.

The role is full-time, with a long-term contract and the option to move to permanent. You will work in a Good/Outstanding Ofsted-rated school with on-site parking and a collaborative teaching environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for Mathematics.
• Demonstrates effective classroom management and inclusive teaching practices.
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons for varied abilities and learning needs.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Working Pattern: Full-time

Contract: Long term, Temporary to permanent option there as well.

Salary: Main Pay Scale (MPS) + Upper Pay scale

The Role
