GSL Education are delighted to be recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a dynamic and welcoming secondary school in Boston. This full-time role begins as a supply position, with the exciting opportunity to become temp-to-perm for the ideal candidate. If you're passionate about helping students unlock their mathematical potential in a supportive and engaging environment, we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach dynamic and inclusive Maths lessons across a range of Key Stages.
  • Spark curiosity and appreciation for mathematics in every student.
  • Differentiate instruction to support a variety of learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess and track progress, offering clear and helpful feedback.
  • Play an active role in maintaining a positive, respectful school culture.

What You Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and challenge students of varying ability levels.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to student development.
  • A current, up-to-date CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps).
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
