Overview

Maths Teacher (GCSE & Functional Skills)
Location: Based at a further education campus in York
Pay: £25.30 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay
Contract Type: Temporary, approximately 0.8 full-time equivalent

Think FE are working on behalf of a well-regarded further education setting in the York area to recruit a dedicated and experienced Maths Teacher. This is a temporary teaching role focusing on the delivery of GCSE and Functional Skills Maths to post-16 learners.

Who are we looking for?
  • A Level 5 Teaching Qualification (or are working towards one)
  • Experience teaching Maths in further education, secondary schools, prisons, or alternative provision
  • GCSE Maths tutoring experience will also be considered
