Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
Using a variety of teaching methods and resources to inspire and motivate students
Assessing and tracking student progress, offering timely feedback and support
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student success
Working closely with colleagues to develop high-quality schemes of work and share best practices
Contributing to the wider school community through participation in meetings and enrichment activities
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have a strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
Be committed to delivering outstanding lessons and raising attainment
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
Be open to professional development and collaborative working
