The ideally candidate

We are looking for a kind, approachable individual, who can demonstrate excellent organisational skills, be assertive, and must have a QTS or at least 1 year of UK school experience. It is essential that you have a solid understanding of the UK Maths curriculum. As this is a cover role, it is important that you uphold the school's behaviour policies and feel confident in classroom management and how to report safeguarding concerns.

This is an excellent opportunity for any ECT or unqualified teacher looking to be introduced to new schools in their local area or seasoned teachers seeking a manageable workload while continuing to do what they love without the hassle of planning and marking.
