Maths Teaching Assistant – Barnet

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Barnet. In this role, you’ll work closely with small groups of KS3 and KS4 students who need extra help to access and succeed in the Maths curriculum.

The Role:

  • Deliver tailored maths support to small student groups in a structured, encouraging setting
  • Work within the school’s inclusion unit to build students’ skills and confidence
  • Support students in mainstream SEN classrooms as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
  • Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Help students with behavioural challenges re-engage with their education
