Permanent Maths Teacher GCSE Resit Focus
Location: An Ofsted-rated Good further education college in Warwickshire (near Rugby)
Contract Type: Permanent
FTE Options: 0.75 FTE (3.5 days/week) or 0.60 FTE (3 days/week)
Salary: GBP26,770–GBP37,425 per annum (pro rata)

Candidate Requirements

Essential

• A degree in Maths or a related discipline (e.g. Engineering)
• A recognised Level 5 Teaching Qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)
• Previous experience teaching Maths in further education, secondary school, or adult education

Desirable

• Experience specifically delivering GCSE Maths resits
• Background in tutoring or small-group interventions
• Skilled in engaging and supporting diverse and often reluctant learners
• Familiarity with FE curriculum standards and frameworks
