Job summary

Wolverhampton College is seeking enthusiastic Maths Lecturers to join their support team. The role covers Functional Skills and GCSE Maths, with sessional FE Bank work that may extend to permanent or fixed-term arrangements depending on curriculum needs.

Responsibilities include delivering Maths across Entry Level to Level 2, supporting learners of different ages, and providing high-quality classroom teaching. A degree in Mathematics and a recognised teaching qualification are expected.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant qualification in Mathematics or a related field.
• A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience delivering Functional Skills Maths and/or GCSE Maths.
• A learner-focused, inclusive teaching approach.

Maths Lecturer

The position is available on a Supply FE Bank (sessional) basis and may be offered on permanent, fixed‑term, or flexible terms depending on curriculum needs.
