Exciting Opportunity - Maths Lecturer (Part-Time)

We're on the lookout for a passionate and inspiring Maths Lecturer to join on a part-time basis. If you're driven by student success and love bringing numbers to life, this could be the perfect next step in your teaching journey!

The Role:

Job Title: Lecturer - Maths (Part-Time)
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Flexible part-time hours (to be discussed)
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Deliver dynamic and engaging Maths sessions to learners.
  2. Guide and support students in building confidence with Maths.
  3. Track and report on student progress with constructive feedback.
  4. Prepare tailored resources and help learners achieve their goals.
  5. Stay current with curriculum updates and teaching strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  1. A degree in Maths or a related field.
  2. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English.
  3. Experience teaching Maths at Level 3 (A-Level or equivalent).
  4. Confident using Microsoft Office tools and digital resources.
  5. Strong communication and organisational skills.
  6. An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
