Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a Teaching Assistant with a strong Maths background to join an Alternative Provision in Ealing. You will work with secondary-aged pupils, supporting Maths and numeracy, helping students stay engaged and progressing through the day.

The role is Temp to Perm with £110-£130 daily pay and PAYE terms. Ideal candidates will have experience aiding Maths-focused learning, a patient and proactive approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with young

Qualifications

Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils.
Strong Maths, numeracy or related subject background.
Confident supporting pupils with their learning.

Responsibilities

Support Maths and numeracy learning across the classroom.
Work with secondary-aged pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
Help pupils stay focused, engaged and motivated.
Provide support with Maths work, numeracy and problem-solving.
Build positive, professional relationships with pupils.
Support positive behaviour and contribute to a calm and safe learning environment.
Work closely with teachers and staff to support individual needs.
Assist with general classroom duties and activities.
