Job Description:

The opportunity:

We are looking for Tutors to provide support to students on a 1:1 basis to start ASAP using a nurturing approach. The Tutor will support mainly core subjects (Mathematics, English, and Science).

You will play a vital role in their development, so the ideal candidate will have a patient and empathetic attitude.

Eligibility:

• Hold the right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional references covering 2 years

Qualifications needed:

• QTS / PGCE or equivalent - ideal but not essential
• Relevant teaching experience
• Be creative and patient
• Location – Sheffield and surroundings
• Type of work – Contract
• Duration – ongoing
• Full-time/part-time – Flexible hours
• Minimum rate of pay – £25 per hour
