The Role

Our learning centres provide a nurturing environment where each tutor supports up to six children aged 4-16, using our smart learning tool, Compass. Your primary focus will be teaching, inspiring, and supporting these young minds to dream bigger.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Teach: Tailor your teaching to each child's needs, ensuring progress through the national curriculum and entrance exam prep. Help children achieve progress and enjoy learning.
  • Inspire: Encourage children to become fearless learners with enthusiasm and dedication, inspiring confidence and curiosity.
  • Nurture: Build strong relationships, creating a safe, valued learning environment with member well-being and safeguarding at the forefront.

Logistics

The application process:

  • Stage one: Submit your CV and complete your application.
  • Stage two: Complete an assessment with a short maths and English test and a 2-question video interview.
  • Stage three: Participate in a live Teams interview with our recruitment team.

Logistics of the role:

  • Work with 6 children aged 4-16, covering curriculum content and entrance exam prep.
  • This is a part-time, permanent role.
  • Minimum commitment of 6 hours over 2 days a week.
  • Working days: Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Start time: between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm on weekdays.
  • Base hourly pay plus additional uplifts for working inside the M25, holiday entitlement, and hours worked. Paid for training and induction sessions.
