Prospero Teaching is looking for committed Maths and English Tutors to support students in the Washington area who have been permanently excluded from mainstream schools. These young people face unique challenges and are not currently enrolled in full-time education.
You will work with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students on a one-to-one or small group basis, providing a safe, supportive, and motivating environment to help them reconnect with learning.
This role involves supporting young learners who may have been out of school for a while and face emotional or social barriers to education. We need Tutors who are patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping students overcome obstacles and build confidence in their Maths and English skills
Sessions will take place face to face either in a community setting or at the young person's home.
