The Role
You’ll start as a Maths Academic Coach, supporting KS3 and KS4 students with tailored interventions and catch-up support. You’ll work closely with the Maths department, assist in lesson planning, lead small groups and eventually take on your own classes as part of the training pathway.

It’s a clear step-by-step route to QTS, all delivered in one school. No lectures or tuition fees – just hands-on training with expert mentoring.
