Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced Mathematics Teacher or Leader for an opportunity in Cardiff. This could suit an experienced Maths teacher with leadership experience, a current Maths Leader looking for their next opportunity, or an ambitious practitioner ready to take on greater responsibility.

You will have the opportunity to support and lead Mathematics provision, working collaboratively with colleagues to promote high standards of teaching, learning and pupil

Qualifications

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Mathematics.
• Experience achieving positive outcomes for pupils.
• Previous subject, curriculum or departmental leadership experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Confidence using data to monitor progress and identify priorities.
• Ability to support and develop colleagues.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• A commitment to high expectations and inclusive education.
• EWC registration or willingness to obtain.
• Enhanced DBS for Children on the DBS Update Service
