The Role
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will:
Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 to 5, including GCSE and A-Level
Deliver well-structured, engaging lessons that foster understanding and enthusiasm for mathematics
Use data to monitor progress and implement strategies for student success
Contribute to departmental planning, resource development, and curriculum design
Support maths enrichment activities, such as competitions, clubs, or mentoring schemes
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a good honours degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
Possess QTS and a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
Have experience teaching Mathematics at KS3 KS5, ideally within a high-achieving or selective environment
Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to academic excellence
Be an inspiring communicator with strong classroom management skills
Be committed to continuous professional development and the broader school life
