We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics teacher to join our team in a permanent, full-time role. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across Y7–13, with a strong foundation in NCEA Levels 1–3.

Our ideal candidate will:

Be a NZ registered teacher with a current Full Practising Certificate (Category One or Two).

Have proven experience and confidence in teaching NCEA Mathematics (Levels 1–3).

Be an innovative and reflective practitioner, committed to ongoing improvement.

Be willing to collaborate in a supportive department that values professional growth and student success.

Bring energy, warmth, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Secondary Teachers Collective Agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $61,329 to $103,086, depending on applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
