A vibrant SEMH provision academy in Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Mathematics & Science Tutor to support Year 11 students up to their GCSE exams. This contracted role offers a daily pay of £92 and involves providing individual and group tuition. Ideal candidates are recent STEM graduates passionate about education and capable of building rapport with young learners.

Qualifications

• Recent STEM subject graduate with a 2:2 degree or higher.
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring or mentoring.
• Passionate about Mathematics & Science.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group academic support to Year 11 students.
• Support students in preparation for their GCSE exams during term time.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff.

• Mathematics & Science Tutor
• Located in Birmingham (B11)
• Contracted Monday to Friday role for remainder of academic year
• Working hours: 08.30am to 15.30pm
• Providing 1:1 & small group STEM subject tuition
• Supporting Year 11 students in lead up to GCSE exams
• Paid £92.00 per day during term time only
