  • Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation, ensuring that our Mathematics curriculum remains relevant, challenging, and engaging for all students.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the school to share best practices, support student learning, and contribute to the school's Catholic ethos.
  • Participate in the school's ECT induction program and benefit from mentoring and support from experienced colleagues to develop your teaching practice and grow as a professional.

  • Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Is confident in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported to achieve their best.
  • Is committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice, embracing opportunities to learn and grow as an ECT.
  • Is supportive of the school's Catholic ethos and values, and willing to contribute to the school's faith-based community.
  • Competitive salary (MPS/UPS + Outer London Weighting)
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and access to employee assistance programs.
  • Excellent professional development opportunities, including a structured ECT induction program, mentoring, and opportunities for subject-specific training in Mathematics.
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is encouraged.
