School of Science

The position is 0.6FTE, open-ended, starting in September 2025

The School of Science is seeking a Mathematics and Statistics Support Tutor to contribute to and enhance the teaching activities in the Mathematics Learning Support Centre (MLSC).

Job Duties:

1. Contribute to individual student support in mathematics and statistics through the Mathematics Learning Support Centre.
2. Develop and teach workshops in statistics for postgraduate student groups, including the Graduate School.
3. Design, develop, and deliver mathematics workshops as required.
4. Develop resources for mathematics and statistical teaching and learning at Loughborough and beyond.
5. Promote the use of a range of teaching and learning methods.
