Registered Nurse or Midwife qualification
We are looking for an enthusiastic registered nurse or midwife to join the maternity vaccination team her at UHL who will assist in providing a vaccination service to women and their newborns
• To provide a vaccination service for pregnant women and their newborns
• To provide health education around immunisations in pregnancy and beyond.
• Use health-related information only for the purposes of what it is intended for and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
• Ensure confidentiality ismaintainedat all times and information relating to patients/users and personnel is used only in connection with authorised duties.
• Carry out designated clerical duties as delegated by the Midwife – Ward Manager, Registered Midwife / other Health care Professional.
• Take responsibility for the management of stock levels, ordering of and efficient use of stock,sundriesand resources within own work activities.
