A healthcare trust in Surrey is seeking a Maternity Triage Team Leader to co-lead the team, focusing on quality improvement and utilizing the BSOTS model of care. An exciting opportunity has arisen within Ashford and St Peter's NHS Foundation Trust to co-lead the Maternity Triage team. The post holder will be responsible for the ongoing triage transformation project and quality improvement. The role will focus on building upon the Birmingham Symptom Specific Obstetric Triage (BSOTS) system and the continuous education of staff around this model of triage and continuing to find ways to improve the service.
