Job summary

University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust recruits a Band 4 Stop Smoking Advisor to support pregnant women and families, including CO monitoring and NRT guidance, aligned with maternity services to promote smokefree pregnancies.

You will work across clinical and community settings, maintain accurate records, and contribute to reducing health inequalities through practical lifestyle advice and signposting to services.

Qualifications

• NVQ L3 or 4 or equivalent health related studies or substantial smoking cessation experience delivering intervention and support

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver stop smoking advice and support sessions, including advice on stop smoking medications, working within approved protocols
