Qualifications

• Experience in clinical education or training of staff.
• Understanding of UK regulatory standards (NMC/HCPC).

• Develop and deliver education programmes for maternity staff.
• Lead midwife induction, support Preceptorship delivery.
• Coordinate ongoing clinical and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other Trust departments to support learning in practice.
• Promote safe, compassionate care and best-practice standards.
