Private Medical Recruitment for the Gulf | UK & European Trained Specialists
Who We Place: Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
We are introducing a UK & European-trained maternity nurse to a private family in Abu Dhabi.
The appointment depends on a maternity nurse who can act with confidence.
The same two maternity nurses, from Abu Dhabi to London to the Côte d'Azur: care continues wherever the family goes.
We verify each maternity nurse's registration, references and training before any introduction, which matters most when the post carries autonomous decision‑making.
Requirements
We need a maternity nurse whose registration and degree are UK or European and in good standing.
5 years or more of qualified clinical experience are expected, enough to share charge of the care with a second nurse.
The family has asked for UK & European-trained maternity nurses exclusively.
Fluent English is essential; strict confidentiality is part of the appointment, and it is checked before we proceed.
Registration, references and training history are checked by us first, because a neonatal household support appointment leaves little room for doubt.
Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
The package is gross, from €5,000 a month.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
Accommodation within the family's residence is provided by the family, which suits a neonatal household support post.
Time off and travel home are part of the agreement, which keeps a long‑term maternity nurse post sustainable.
You sign with the family itself, never with us, and the terms for postnatal care are agreed openly.
Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
