Maternity Cover Opportunity: Year 5 Class Teacher – Bracknell

Location: Bracknell | KS2 (Year 5) | Start: Mid-November | Duration: Until End of Academic Year

Are you an enthusiastic and committed teacher looking for your next rewarding role?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Bracknell seeking a talented Year 5 Teacher to cover a maternity leave from mid-November 2025.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to a well-behaved and motivated Year 5 class. The school follows a creative curriculum and encourages teachers to bring learning to life. You’ll have access to excellent resources and full support from the leadership team and parallel class teachers.

What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – UK-recognised
  • Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (ideally Year 5)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
