Lampton Group is seeking a Project Manager (maternity cover) to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple complex client projects in a time- and budget-conscious manner. You will oversee deadlines, allocate resources and present progress reports to senior management.

The role requires PMP certification and strong skills in budgeting, planning and stakeholder communication. This is a 6–9 month maternity cover, based at our Hounslow site with opportunities for CPD development.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to define scope, objectives and milestones.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Proven track record in budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure delivery on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and timelines.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs with proper verification.
• Maintain relationships with clients and third parties; report progress to senior management.
