Job summary

A leading dry food production company in Belfast is seeking a Quality Manager for maternity cover from August 2025 to June 2026. The role requires significant experience in managing Quality Management Systems and relevant qualifications in food safety. Candidates must have led audits and possess Level 3 certifications in Food Safety and HACCP.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience managing a site's Quality Management System with HND.
• At least 3 years' experience managing a site's Quality Management System with a Degree.
• Minimum Level 3 in Food Safety and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead BRC or M&S/Tesco audits.
• Manage all processes within the Quality Management System.

Maternity Cover

£40k+ (depending on experience) Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm

Long-established dry food production company in Belfast

1. Have you personally led at least 2 BRC or M&S/Tesco audits?
2. Have you got at least 5 years' full-time experience managing a site's Quality Management System AND all the processes within the QMS together with an HND (or equivalent) in a food related subject? OR Have you got at least 3 years' full-time experience managing a site's Quality Management System AND all the processes within the QMS together with a Degree (or equivalent) in a food related subject?
3. Have you got a minimum of Level 3 in Food Safety?
4. Have you got a minimum of Level 3 in HACCP?
