Qualifications

• Experience providing psychological and therapeutic interventions for mothers, birthing people/partners and couples.
• Capable of conducting emotional and psychological assessments across pregnancy and postpartum.
• Ability to deliver short- and longer-term counselling in sensitive cases.

Responsibilities

• Offer face-to-face, virtual or telephone counselling to identified families.
• Undertake assessments to determine treatment appropriateness and risk.
• Carry a caseload of individual and couple counselling across mental health needs.
• Deliver specialist counselling including bereavement and pregnancy loss support.
• Provide professional clinical judgement and liaise with psychiatry or psychology colleagues.
