Job summary

Norgine is seeking a Materials Quality Associate to join the Global Quality Team. You will oversee supplier quality, drive CAPA investigations and ensure GMP/GDP compliance across API, excipient and packaging materials.

Qualifications

  • Essential Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline.
  • Experience within Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing or a related regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements and quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage quality oversight of API, excipient and packaging material suppliers.
  • Support supplier qualification, audits, documentation reviews and quality agreements.
  • Investigate supplier-related quality issues, deviations, complaints and CAPAs.
  • Identify and mitigate supplier and material quality risks.
  • Maintain compliant quality records, procedures and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supplier performance and quality processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support Norgine's Global Quality strategy.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Materials Quality Associate to join our Global Quality Team and play a vital role in ensuring the quality, compliance and reliability of materials used in the manufacture of products that improve patient outcomes.

The Role As a Materials Quality Associate, you will provide quality oversight of commercially critical suppliers, supporting supplier performance, risk management and regulatory compliance.

You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs and external partners to maintain the highest standards of quality and patient safety.

This position will report to Materials Quality Manager and will be offered on a 12 Months fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quality oversight of API, excipient and packaging material suppliers.
