Salary - c£32K

Permanent - Full time (37.5 hours per week)

We have a full-time permanent opportunity available at our Barnsley site for a Materials Planner to join the Supply Chain Team.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • MRP
  • Call off / order management
  • Inward flow management
  • Advise and resolution of supply issues
  • Stock level management on site, mitigating shorts / surpluses
  • Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules and deviations to plan
  • Execution of inventory write-offs
  • Reasons for moving this to a central function: avoiding duplication of standard materials

Providing support to the wider on-site Supply Chain Team as required.

What we need from you:

  • Highly numerical skills
  • Good relationship-building skills, including conflict resolution and the ability to challenge
  • Experience with Maestro/Rapid Response
