  • Manage logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and internal material movements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within logistics and warehouse operations.

Artificial Intelligence and Recruitment

Artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini are increasingly being used to support applications. These tools can be helpful in shaping ideas, improving clarity and preparing for the recruitment process.

At Morgan, we recognise the value of these tools when used appropriately. However, it’s important that any use of AI reflects your own experience, skills and authenticity. Your application should always be a true representation of you.

Using AI Appropriately

You may use AI to support your application by:

  • Refining and structuring your ideas
  • Researching publicly available information about Morgan
  • Understanding industry trends and linking them to your own experience
  • Checking spelling, grammar and clarity
  • Using AI Inappropriately
AI must not be used to:
  • Misrepresent, exaggerate or invent your skills or experience
  • Submit generic, AI-generated responses that do not reflect you
  • Complete assessments designed to evaluate your abilities (e.g. numerical or situational judgement tests)
  • Generate answers during live or recorded interviews
  • Respond to scenario-based questions on your behalf
  • Input sensitive or confidential information into AI tools
Why Being You Matters

We’re not looking for perfect answers, we’re looking for the right fit for Morgan.

Your application and interview should give us a genuine understanding of your experience, your thinking, and how you align with our values. We want people who bring their own perspective, not something generated.

Using AI inappropriately, particularly during assessments or interviews, undermines the fairness of our process. We assess all candidates on merit, and authenticity is key to that.

As part of your application, you’ll be asked to confirm that the information you’ve provided is accurate and your own. Where AI is used inappropriately, we may withdraw your application.

We value individuals who are proudly different, bringing their own perspective, experience and approach. So, please, present yourself in a way that reflects who you are, what you’ve done, and what you can bring to Morgan.
