We are excited to offer a 12-month secondment opportunity for aMaterials Management and Logistics Team Leader based at Heatherwood Hospital. This is a fantastic chance for someone with a strong understanding of inventory systems, who is ready to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking NHS Trust.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management, ideally within a healthcare setting
In-depth knowledge of the Omnicell Inventory Management System
Confident in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision
Previous experience managing or supervising a small team
Strong understanding of stock control processes and the use of information system
As part of our commitment to innovation and efficiency, the Trust is introducing a new Inventory Management System to support the Scan4Safety programme. You will play a key role in delivering and managing this system, working closely with the Assistant Supply Chain Manager and a small, dedicated team. Your focus will be on stock control and the timely replenishment of clinical consumables, alongside overseeing the rollout and continued administration of the system.
