We're working with a respected food manufacturing business to find a Materials Handling Manager to lead a busy team of FLT drivers and materials handlers.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring compliance, driving staff performance, and creating a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, train, and develop a team of materials handlers and MHE operators.
* Ensure full legal and site compliance around MHE, H&S, and operational procedures.
* Deliver continuous improvement in team performance through coaching and structured development.
* Maintain high standards across MHE usage, site safety, and people management KPIs.
