Key Responsibilities
- Engage with engineers to ensure they have materials required for the daily install.
- Track daily deliveries and ensure all engineers have the most up to date information when requested.
- Liaise with other departments to help facilitate the return of additional materials.
- Communicate daily with supply chain partners.
- Organise for any missing or damaged equipment to be reissued and delivered to site.
- Update BOXT admin platform regularly to ensure all recommendations, technical knowledge and information is being recorded for each job.
- Liaise with customers where necessary to assist with any issues and ensure the smooth running of their install.
About You
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle a range of tasks and workloads.
- Self motivated, confident in working independently as well as being a team player.
- IT literate with proficiency in mainstream software (Excel,Gmail, Word).
- Committed to achieving the best outcomes for our customers with a focus on delivering excellent service.
