Qualifications

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to handle various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with engineers for material requirements.
  • Track daily deliveries and provide updates to engineers.
  • Liaise with departments for material returns.
  • Communicate with supply chain partners daily.
  • Organize reissue of missing or damaged equipment.
  • Update BOXT admin platform with job information.
  • Assist customers with issues for smooth installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with engineers to ensure they have materials required for the daily install.
  • Track daily deliveries and ensure all engineers have the most up to date information when requested.
  • Liaise with other departments to help facilitate the return of additional materials.
  • Communicate daily with supply chain partners.
  • Organise for any missing or damaged equipment to be reissued and delivered to site.
  • Update BOXT admin platform regularly to ensure all recommendations, technical knowledge and information is being recorded for each job.
  • Liaise with customers where necessary to assist with any issues and ensure the smooth running of their install.


About You:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle a range of tasks and workloads.
  • Self motivated, confident in working independently as well as being a team player.
  • IT literate with proficiency in mainstream software (Excel,Gmail, Word).
  • Committed to achieving the best outcomes for our customers with a focus on delivering excellent service.
