Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master Quality Systems: Utilise your expertise in quality systems, including ISO0991, to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Bring your problem-solving skills to the table and tackle challenges head-on, driving continuous improvement.
  • Statistical and Auditing Expertise: Leverage your statistical knowledge and auditing experience to analyse data and ensure compliance.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Apply your background in manufacturing to understand and enhance our production processes.
  • Forklift and Flexi Truck Operations: While having a license is an advantage, we provide comprehensive training to help you master these skills.
  • Technical Process Knowledge: Utilise your understanding of production and technical processes, focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) to optimise our operations.

Please note that this job requires you to work on a 3 weekly shift pattern, which includes 12 hour shifts from 6.00am - 6.00pm AND 6.00pm - 6.00am. This is non-negotiable. Going forward, the shift pattern may change to include working 2 weekends in every 5 weeks, so flexibility is essential.
