Job summary

Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital is seeking a Materials Co-ordinator to support the Supply Chain team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week, Mon-Fri). The role focuses on prioritising stock flow, improving logistics and using warehouse management systems to deliver reliable service on site.

You will work with stakeholders across the hospital, learn end-to-end supply chain practices, and benefit from a supportive mentorship programme as you develop into a professional Supply Chain colleague.

Qualifications

• Organised and team player with strong attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and proven literacy and numeracy.
• Experience supporting supply chain in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise the flow of products and solve day-to-day stock control and logistics issues.
• Use continuous improvement techniques to enhance FMCG supply chain performance.
• Gain an understanding of full end-to-end business practices.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders and maintain strong communication and teamwork.

£25,545 pro rata

25 hours per week - to be worked 5 hours per day over Mon-Friday

We are looking for a Materials Co-ordinator to support the Supply Chain function, you will be organised, a team player with attention to detail with IT skills and proven literacy and numeracy.
