We are looking for someone who is able to coordinate the timely supply of materials and components to meet internal production and customer demands.
You would be working in the Purchasing department.
We are looking for someone who has the below knowledge and transferable skills in;
Own material scheduling and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with production plans and inventory targets.
Manage the full lifecycle of orders—from placement to delivery acknowledgment—while proactively addressing material shortages to minimize disruption.
Respond promptly to queries, including incoming quarantines and invoice issues, ensuring swift resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date records of supplier lead times, pack sizes, account statuses, and ensure ERP/system data accuracy.
Maintain and regularly update the shortage tracker to mitigate operational impact and improve supply continuity.
Support additional departmental responsibilities such as managing clothing, overalls, and MSC (Material Supply Chain) related tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned, in line with the scope and objectives of the department
