Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Material Planner in Barwell. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, supporting production scheduling, and maintaining data accuracy across systems. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics and strong Excel skills. This is an on-site position with a 12-month rolling contract and offers up to £25 per hour.

Hourly Rate :

Up to £25 per hour Umbrella

Start Date :

Hours :

37.5 per week (Mon–Thu 08 : 00–16 : 30, Fri 08 : 00–13 : 30)

Working Arrangements :

On-site, Monday to Friday

About the Role

You'll work closely with suppliers, build strong working relationships, and support a number of ongoing projects (details shared on start). This role is a backfill position and plays a key part in maintaining smooth material flow across operations.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)

  • Flexible, open-minded and eager to learn
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, planning or similar
  • Degree in Supply Chain or related field (desirable)
