Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting a Material Inventory Controller to support aircraft maintenance and flying programmes at RAF Brize Norton. You will manage material requirements so aircraft parts are received, stored and dispatched to meet airworthiness standards.

Candidates should have experience in material support and warehouse operations, with SAP and Excel proficiency. A UK driving licence is essential, as is COSHH and EASA Part 145 knowledge. Forklift licence a plus.

Morson Edge are recruiting for a

Material Inventory Controller

to support aircraft maintenance and flying programmes at

RAF Brize Norton.

This opportunity would suit experienced

Material Controllers, Inventory Controllers, Stores Operatives, Warehouse Operatives, Logistics Coordinators, Supply Chain Assistants or Materials Handlers with a background in stock control, material handling or Aerospace logistics.

Working as part of the Logistics and Warehouse team, you'll manage material requirements, ensuring aircraft parts are received, processed, stored and dispatched accurately to support operational and airworthiness requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing material orders and stock movements in priority sequence
• Receiving, unloading and handling aircraft components
• Picking, packing and preparing materials for dispatch
• Updating stock movements and transactions within SAP
• Ensuring paperwork and documentation are accurate and linked to the correct parts
• Maintaining stock locations and carrying out inventory checks
• Supporting inbound and outbound warehouse activities
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment

You'll need previous experience in

Material Support, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, Stores or Warehouse Operations, alongside practical experience using SAP and Microsoft Excel.

A full UK driving licence is essential, together with good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team. An understanding of COSHH regulations and EASA Part 145 is also required.

A civilian counterbalance forklift or reach truck licence would be advantageous.
